Questions studios ask
What counts as a product?
One product is one public board with its own roadmap and changelog, usually one of your SaaS apps. A studio with four apps has four products in one workspace.
What happens when I add a second product on Free?
saasmngr asks you to upgrade to Indie at that moment. Nothing else changes; your first board keeps running.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your billing page, any time. Downgrading keeps every board and its data; on Free you just cannot add new products.
Do my end users need an account?
Only to vote or post, and it is a magic link, not a password. If your app sends the identify token, they never sign in at all.
Where is my data?
In Frankfurt, on AWS. You can export everything as JSON from your settings and end users can delete their own account.
Is there a trial for Indie?
Free is the trial: unlimited time with one product. Upgrade when you are ready for the second one.
